Our Quality

  • 925 Sterling Silver

    is hypoallergenic, nickel free, and water friendly. This jewelry material is composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Overtime due to everyday wear and exposure to elements, sterling silver pieces may oxidize. However, they can easily be cleaned and polished to return to their original state.

  • Designed in New York City, imported from Italy

  • 14k Gold Vermeil

    is hypoallergenic, nickel free, and water friendly. It is created with a base of sterling silver, onto which a thick layer of 14k gold is electroplated.This fusion of precious metals results in a durable and high-quality piece that exudes the appearance of pure gold. The gold layer in vermeil is thicker than standard gold plating. While not reccomended, gold vermeil can be worn while bathing, applying lotions, or perfumes. Overtime due to everyday wear and exposure to elements, vermeil pieces may fade in color.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery in exchange for store credit. Returns/Refunds for products that arrived damaged must be started within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please email isabellasjewels.shop@gmail.com 

Sizing

  • Please ensure that when ordering your jewelry that you check it is your correct size. All products include their measurements in the description. We do not exchange pieces regarding size and length accuracy, only store credit is available through a return. Here, we've have attached sizing guides for both necklaces and rings

Lost or Stolen Packages

Isabella’s Jewels is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once you have received your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
